No one answers , emails or calls , meds still not shipped - now missed dose

I have been using pomegranate for months now and I have never had an issue went to order my next doses just like I always do and now it’s been almost 2 weeks and no answer my prescription still has not been filled. I have been reaching out via phone and email and even text and have not had any single updates on my doses and now I have missed one for absolutely no reason no one is getting back to me and answering anything and I’m super mad that now I’ve missed a week but still no answers
