URGENT HELP! Need help internship call

Hi, I am first year Btech biotechnology student in India, applied for a one month internship in a multinational pharma company.

I am gonna get a call from the HR department for more information, and I have no idea what to say in that interview. I don't know what they will ask or what department to choose in that interview.

I have some data science knowledge from reading the statistical book and a coursera certificate in Data Science from John Hopkins university.

Help me, I am an introvert and clueless what will happen!!

Plus, I was to get a bona-fide certificate from my university and I did got it but basically my professor scolded me a said " why you a first year student applying for internships and asking this form? Do you even know how to use a pipette?."

That has made my morale too low, but I still want to try it all out.

So help me, pls.
