Lost 2FA and backup codes on a 5+ year old Binance account. How can I recover it?

Hi,

I haven't used my Binance account in over 5 years. When I tried to log back in, I realized I lost access to my 2-step verification because I changed my phone. Unfortunately, I've also lost the backup codes.

I still have access to the registered email address and phone number. What can I do to remove the 2FA from my account?

I'm asking here because I haven't been successful in reaching customer support without logging in.
