Discounts on Internet gone - what to do

Hey,

I am in a rented home in Toronto, Years ago we signed up to a home phone, tv, internet bundle (we don't use the tv or even have a home phone) it used to be like $110 now it's $160 and going up 5% every year and internet is like 500mb albeit never had an issue. Landlord won't let me install a new provider and we might move out in a year so so don't want to have that argument any way to haggle with Bell or do I just have to live with it?
