Nissan rouge or Kia sportage?

I have about 30k to spend. But I’d like to not hit the top of the budget either.

I have a Nissan 2019- love it. But I’m just a girl who loves the features and heated seats. This car is sitting right at 100k.

I also have a Kia forte (2015). Absolutely have put money into the Kia but not to the point where it made me buy a new car. A few spark plugs here and there back in 2020. Oh and a new fuel pump back in 2020 as well. This car is sitting at 159k. But for sure will NOT put more money into this.

I am looking at a 2024 Nissan rouge- SV with the cold weather package (I live in the NE and that’s how it’s advertised and that’s what I would get. Don’t come for me if this isn’t what it’s called lol).

On the flip side I could also afford a Kia sportage with just about the same features.

I don’t like the CRV. It’s boxy- I rented a few to see if I grew to like it. I didn’t. Same with the Rav 4. I have a car seat and my child bumped her head way too many times. I just didn’t like it.

Thoughts? Unless there is something in the 20-28k range that I am missing. Tech is huge for me. Heated seats and all that jazz. No I don’t need a sun roof or whatever. Not that fancy.
