Dumb pay card

Now what's the point of giving us these anytime pay cards and they don't work. Got the card June 8th never worked from the HR MANAGER made me order a card to my house and said it would be there in 5-7 business days. Well it's pass that. I get a notification saying card has be shipped. Will take another 5 days. Wtf I need my anytime pay card now. So I can get back to work. Why do y'all lie about having access to our money when we gotta use a stupid pay card to get it. To transfer over to our accounts.
