Received handheld gaming computer didn’t order.

So I placed an order for something from a company back in may. And got that item. About $60 item. Haven’t placed any orders or anything since and just checked my order from them and it was the only item I had ordered.

I received an email saying I had custom fees to be paid for an item from DHL so I paid it figured it had something to do with tariffs or what not but did find it strange it came like a whole week and a half later. However I guess from what I’ve read it’s not super uncommon? But either way that was $30

But then last night a package shows up at my door and I open it as it’s addressed to me and it’s a whole ass gaming handheld computer. Something I never ordered but says the order was placed on the 13th in the tracking? I went through my orders with the company and it was never ordered especially not 3 weeks later. And now I’m being asked to send it back? Is this a scam?

Do I need to send it back as it’s something that was sent to me well over 3 weeks from my original order and not in my original order?
