Screen goes black during loading screen

Every 5 games or so, after the champ select when the loading screen tries to load, my screen on both monitors go black and no matter what I do it stays black so I have to reset the computer by holding the power button and by the time I turn on league, the game is already over and I get a ban for afking, does anybody know the solution to it?
