Been in a calorie deficit for 3 weeks and haven’t lost weight.
I’m 25F, 5’10, 192 lbs. I weight train 4-5 times a week plus cardio. Based on this, my estimated maintenance calories are around 2300-2400 and I’ve been eating in a 1800-1900 calorie deficit. I weigh and track all of my food so I know I’m not going over my calories. For the time being I’ve also cut out all fast food and desserts.
I started 3 weeks ago weighing around 191-192 lbs. After the first week I weighed in at 189.4 lbs. I weighed myself the next week and I was 190.4 lbs. I was doing weekly weigh ins but I decided to weigh myself more often in case I was missing lower weigh ins, but ever since my weight has just been going up to 190.4lbs and today at 191.8lbs.
After my lowest weigh in I had to start iron supplements since I’m very deficient, as well as added more fibre to my diet, and D3 drops. I’m not sure if this could be contributing but I don’t know how it would.
I’m very defeated because I’m working hard and hungry all the time for me to just not change. At this point I might as well eat how I normally do and stay the same for way less work.
