White patches on tongue

Hello. 34M/5'7/170. I've noticed these white patches on my tongue and wondered if they are concerning? I have good oral hygiene, see my dentist every 6 months, brush and floss twice daily. I don't smoke or drink.

I've included an image below, the left is my tongue as it normally is and the right is after scraping it with a metal tongue scraper, it makes it appear more white. Anything I can do to get rid of the white?
