I don’t get treated like a person

This is the first job I’ve ever had that treats me like a criminal or alien or whatever else . I’ve worked way harder stressful jobs and target so far has been the only one where all managers bosses whatever tf else treats you like a criminal and yells at you for simple mistakes. I hope to leave soon because target is too much anger and hostility for the little money they pay.
