Deactivated account

I’ve been using spark for about 2 years. They deactivated my account after re uploading my drivers license. Claiming my identity cannot be confirmed when it’s the same license that was approved previously (doesn’t expire until 2029). Sent an appeal with my license and a selfie to confirm and it was denied again..Any ideas how to get my account back? Customer service told me to do an appeal but I literally just did that.
