Is tab scrolling back in chrome?

A few months ago, to everyone's detriment, Chrome removed the ability to scroll open tabs. Millions of people suddenly lost many tabs, and they had to switch to other browsers.

I have 400-500 open tabs, and without scrolling, there's no point in using Chrome. So I stuck with version 143, which was the last version with this option.

Google people said this feature would return as soon as possible because they realized how much trouble they caused people with their poor decision. Did they keep their promise? Many new versions have already been released, and I can't install Chrome without it replacing the current 143 (I see Facebook and other sites are starting to behave strangely on 143).
