Urine patches on the lawn

What do people do you restore dead patches on their lawn caused from urine?

Last week I dug out all the dead grass, put fresh soil and seed down. It was a lot of effort and already dead patches are coming up elsewhere.

About to give up and accept I’ll have a terrible lawn 😭😭
