Man using hook like tool on womans clit to remove sensation

I saw this video a good couple years ago now. Basically it was a man using some hook like tool to prod underneath the girls clit with the intention of desensitising/removing sensation from the clit. There was text on the video too describing what he was doing. Havent had any luck in finding it again. Help is appreciated, thanks!
