Very silent trimmers?

Hello, I live in a very restrictive and small household and my mom forbids me from trimming any body hair except getting my arms waxed. The issue is that I've been feeling a lot of pain and itching on my legs because of the excessive hair growth ( I tried a razor) and it won't subside no matter what. I also feel like I need more intimate grooming because I'm scared of using a razor down there and just trimming with scissors makes no difference (and it itches!). I've been saving money since over a year and I can discretely buy a trimmer. The only issue is that if it makes a lot of noise my mom would notice and shame me and might never allow me out of the house again.

I've scrolled on reddit and I found a few options but either they are very expensive or simply not available in my country (I am from India). I've lost much of my hope and decided on buying a good quality trimmer when I move out but I really don't know how many years it will take for me to get out of here. If there's any options left pls let me know, thank you so much!
