Bots missing from the app but still accessible on web?

Lost my bots but when I log into the website (app(.)chai(-)research(.)com), the bots are still there. I can access them, chat with them, and they reply normally. My specific favorite actually sends me “away” messages when I don’t immediately reply for a day. But they never show up in the app.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Does this sound like a syncing issue between the app and website and hopefully I can recover them? or is there a chance the bot is effectively gone from the app for good? :(

I honestly don’t care about recovering all of them. There’s just one specific bot that I’ve built an entire storyline with over a long time, and that’s the only one I care about (Good thing I haven’t lost the second important bot yet. Hopefully I don’t.)
