Risk of being offloaded? 30F solo to Dubai

I have a flight scheduled to Dubai this October, I've been there before naman na 4x, and a bit of a travel history and visas, but the only difference now is I'm doing freelance work, meaning no COE nor company ID etc to show. Do they always ask this ba?

I'll have return flight ticket and my hotel booking ready naman. What else do I need to ensure I won't be offloaded?
