Labrador beagle mix needs help

Hello I have a 3 year old Labrador beagle mix. About a year ago she started having seizures. She averages 1-2 a month to every other month and is prescribed only keppra.

Her vet told us it’s most likely because she is not fixed. (We were moving so we wanted to have her fixed at her new vet) we are in the process of finding a new vet now.

But now she is seemingly forgetting people. If she wakes from a nap she will bark and growl at people who in the house who she was fine with before.

If I work long stretches when I come home she will bark at me.

Could this be related to her seizures or something deeper?
