I obviously **searched the posts here and watched many tutorials on Youtube** before posting and it’s confusing; some people are saying skip planche lean do this. do pseudo planche pushups and skip HSPU… do dis don’t dis. dis is killing your gains and dis is killing your dis. it’s exhausting

for context I just started training planche and expect to planche in 6 months. which 1-5 exercises should I train to successfully achieve planche?

context; 180cm, 90kg and tbh i have a big bum which i feel is the reason i struggle to balance on the planche and HSPU

I don’t only do bodybuilding, I do strength work too. My max weighted muscle up was 25kg. i like the challenge of calisthenics skills so everyday i add one of the following to my training; HSPU, front lever and full planche - with the intent of doing planche push ups

for example Monday if I do push I’ll spend 10-20 mins training planche

Tuesday if it’s pull day, I spend time doing front lever

HSPU is whenever Bec I already did it, just need to improve on it.

tl:dr while I can do 1 HSPU and almost got the front lever, I feel it’s near impossible to planche, so which 1-5 exercises should I train consistently to get it done given my biomeasurements
