Can medium shockwave, jumpad remove Heavy's tether and Dome shield?

I am looking to survive those heavy encounters where they tether, bubble and flamethrower for instant kill. Previously I tried Date reshaper but can't use it and fight the heavy at the same time. Denying them the kill and wasting their cooldowns is the only play I can think of.

Can shockwave disable their tether? If not will jumpad let you fly away? Does shockwave work against the bubble if your are inside/outside it?
