Pre reqs post grad

I initially wanted to go to physical therapy school but now have switched to physician assistant school, so there’s some classes I need to take for PA school that I didn’t need for PT. Classes like genetics, orgo, microbiology, are those included in my overall GPA and science GPA? I would be taking them post grad at a local community college.
