hello! upcoming college here, need advice

missed my opportunity for a scholarship program from the school mismo. and hindi rin ako maka-enroll since mahal yung pang down. both my parents are ofw, but my father's not working atm. although meron pang down, hindi ko pa rin mababayaran yung tuition fees in the future, especially full load yun. the school year's starting this august, and i'm planning to take psych. i don't know what to do, please help.
