Hi everyone. I am looking for advice on how to sequence my protocols for a chronic gut and immune loop.

My Context & Timeline:

I was vaccinated with 2 doses Pfizer in 2021 and my only known COVID infection was in late 2022. This gut dysbiosis has been a slow moving train. I never had any traditional Long COVID symptoms that I knew of until severe gut health issues started happening in 2025. I recently had a LabCorp COVID antibody test come back at over 25,000, which was the first time I realized that COVID may still be actively impacting my gut.

Here are my recent lab results.

(Dr Patterson / Radiance Diagnostics Panel)- full results attached:

* Long Hauler Index: 4.14 (Normal <= 0.70).
* High VEGF: 15.0 pg/mL (Normal 2.0-12.3).
* High IL-10: 2.2 pg/mL (Normal 0.7-1.2).
* Low Recruitment/Other Signals: CCL4 is 0.7 pg/mL, GM-CSF is 3.6 pg/mL, IL-4 is 0.9 pg/mL, IL-6 is 1.2 pg/mL, IL-8 is 3.3 pg/mL, IL-13 is 0.8 pg/mL, CCL3 is 2.2 pg/mL, TNF-Alpha is 1.3 pg/mL, and IFN-Gamma is 1.1 pg/mL.

The Gut & Serology Data:

* Mucosal Immunity: sIgA is 272 ug/g (Low, reference 510-2010). Suggestive of immune system exhaustion
* Crohn's Markers (IBD Panel): ALCA (anti-laminaribioside) is 83 units (High, reference 0-60). The lab flagged this specific pattern as "Suggestive of Crohn's Disease". However, my Calprotectin is normal at 19 ug/g.
* SIBO / IMO: Methane breath test peaked at 67.43 ppm (Abnormal, reference <10).
* Fungal/Dysbiosis: Candida albicans IgG is 26.1 ug/mL (High, reference 0.0-1.9).
* Biomarkers like APOB are sky high at 150 and Ferritin also high. 
* Symptoms: Loose stool (until recently where I've been treating the methane SIBO with allicin and other herbals). Low energy at times. Otherwise, I ironically feel mostly fine. 

I clearly have a dysregulated immune system, an open gut barrier, and active overgrowths of methane archaea and Candida. Questions and things I am considering:

1. Did you prioritize the immune reset first (e.g., Maraviroc/Statins, or peptides like TA-1)? I've heard different subtypes repsond better to some treatments but have no idea what I would be classified as. 
2. I'm on the Peter McCullogh protocol right now- not sure it's workng. Has anyone had success in driving down spike antibodies with this?
3. I have another docter who wants me to hammer EBOO and HBOT treatments- anyone have luck with this?
4. Has anyone had success with SIBO eradication and motility to put out the local fire before modulating the immune system?

Would love any insight from people on what I may be missing on interpretations here, and anyone who ha ssuccessfully broken this cycle (or similar) and how you sequenced your treatments. Welcoming any and all info, thank you!
