Dynamic Europa-Robotrauma compability

So im doing a campaign in solo with both robotrauma (ancient version bc remake doesnt work in solo) and i after about the 3rd biome and 90% of outpost in it visited,KATE-E, the special merchant from robotrauma, hasnt spawn and i wonder if its just a compability problem with dynamic europa/other outpost module mods or just a bad roll of luck from me
