Home Screen Refresh Broken

I have 2 N3DSX both modded the same way on same, current versions of everything, using the hacks guide within the last year.

One of them, and only one, fails to refresh the home screen upon events properly.

Examples:

- If I have a cart in, turn it on, it shows the correct cart. Eject it and it still shows the cart. Put in another cart and it still shows the first cart.

- If I let an app like hShop update itself then when it finishes and kicks me out suddenly that app's icon disappears. It does continue to show briefly when arriving back at the folder/home screen then vanishes.

- If I install a title from hShop, and exit, the new gift package icon is nowhere to be found.

The workaround is to either enter settings and exit, or reboot it. It will then correct itself.

Ideas? Minor inconvenience, but frustrating...
