Privacy fence by-laws + recommendations

Hey folks,

I'm in Westridge and hoping to get a wooden privacy fence installed. Does anyone have any local companies they would recommend?

We are planning to split it with our neighbour. Their landlord (from Newmarket) is trying to get us to use a company called Springside, which I've never heard of and can't find anything about online. He's locked in on using this company, but has yet to show us a written quote or show us this company's portfolio or past work.

Any advice and recommendations around the legal implications of this? Thanks!
