Very Irritated

My free reward keeps defaulting to applying to one of these $3 and $4 items instead of the Billie bag. When all your items are well below the $18.95 max it should default to the most expensive item being free. If there was nothing I wanted that was more expensive, I wouldn't care. But, it's so obnoxious the website is trying to make me pay $10 for this bag when I have a reward for nearly double the value and the item is one of the few things not excluded nowadays
