Switching From Mac to PC Causing CC corruption

I recently got a new PC and I transferred all my mods, tray and save folders using a flash drive from my previous Mac computer. At first everything seemed to be okay, but then I started noticing that some lots were taking an extremely long time to load and some cc stems were having question marks. After some troubleshooting, I deleted and redownloaded cc that seemed broken. The problem is that some of those CC items are still causing issues even after being replaced with new versions. What’s confusing to me is that they worked perfectly on my Mac, and both my Mac and PC are running the same version of The Sims 4.

So does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?
