Does it ever get better colleagues?

As a 27 year old teacher from Kenya, I started this career three years ago teaching Cambridge curriculum in Nairobi. I feel like I’m losing my mind . The indiscipline of the students, the administration not taking your side when parents come to yell at me . And the learners have the courage to tell me “ without me you are nothing” !!!! I mean ., it’s kinda true but rubbing it in my face ?where all other learners can hear ?????
