Shortcuts periodically resetting?

Anyone else dealing with? I run REAPER for my job and use a LOT of 3 button keyboard shortcuts, some of which are the same as the default ticktick shortcuts, I've used REAPER a LOT longer than I have ticktick and don't want to change the REAPER shortcuts, so I changed tickticks when I installed it, but they periodically change back. Doesn't even seem to be related to an update, it just happens seemingly randomly.

It's especially frustrating because it overrides all over software's shortcuts globally! So I go to hit 'ctrl+shift+1' in REAPER and instead of the action I'm expecting, a ticktick 'add task' window pops up and removes my focus from the app I'm actually trying to work on. Really quite counter productive for an app that prides itself on helping boost productivity.
