IBS or endo on bowel?

hi guys i wanna know yalls thoughts on my symptoms because i trust every single one of you rather than a doctor at the time being cause im constantly in and out of them and no doctor has really gave me an answer about whats happening. usually in the mornings (6am-10am) im super nauseous, i have a bowel movement as soon as i wake up (it’s an urgent feeling accompanied by my stomach being swollen) and then i go to my room to get ready for the day and within 20-30 minutes i have to run back down to the bathroom again. ive been throwing up a lot (usually it’s phlegm or yellow bile) but only in the mornings. i am now severely constipated in the right side of my colon, my stomach hurts so bad (and it’s kind of making my pelvis hurt but i have a hard time differentiating the pain, but i can feel it in my hips and my back, but laxatives are too much for me to handle. i had an ablation done in march and had stage 3 endometriosis, they never looked at my bowel though. i kept telling the GI doctor yesterday that i really think it’s that but he kept telling me i have IBS-M which is mixed ibs so diarrhea and constipation, he also told me i might have celiacs disease and i could CHAT GBT MY SYMPTOMS?😭it seemed to me that he just had no clue what he was talking about but idk. he also told me if it is endometriosis in my bowel that no one could do anything also which i feel is just a straight up lie to get me to stop talking about it. i have missed so much school because of this and i really thought i was gonna be better after my surgery but i fear things have taken a big turn for the worse 😔
