30th Anniversary pre-orders

I have already started to see some online stores which opened the 30th Anniversary pre-orders at 4-5x MSRP, will this set really be that crazy? Or is it better to wait until the official release?

I'm new to the hobby so help and tips on how to get product would be appreciated 🫢
