3 month hormone levels?

I started hrt on April 5th of this year, and I just got my labs done for the first time since starting. My results were Testosterone-199ng/dL Estradiol-56pg/mL

I'm on 4mg of oral estradiol (2mg twice a day) and 100mg Spiro (2 50mg pills once a day) Do these levels seem off? Maybe a bit low? I have a video call next week so maybe I'll ask if I can get my doses upped. (I'm also still completely closeted to everyone, so...)
