Disappointed in myself

I started Mounjaro on April 15th and had my first appointment to see where I was (a weigh-in) on yesterday, June 16th. I lost only 7lbs in 3 months. I get that I was taking the starter dose, but as someone who started at 306lbs and is only at 299lbs, im so disappointed and honestly disgusted with myself. I have worked out every single day for 3 months (sometimes 90min in a day) have stayed below 2000 calories, only had fast food once (a personal pan pizza) and I only ended at 7lbs.

Im also type 2 diabetic so if we throw that into the mix, I'm even more upset with myself. I guess I need to read some positive posts from people who were like me on the starter dose who didnt lose much in 3 months. Im starting the 5mg dose on my next shot day (tomorrow). Hoping for the best.
