Covid Changes should only be Temporary, NOT permanent.

The fact that the show is continuing to use the changes caused by Covid (i.e. 26 days, no in-person loved one visits, after-shows, etc.) for 6+ years/12+ seasons now is highly absurd. Despite countless demands to return to normalcy, the producers will not stop. They keep using the post-covid formats over and over again. And for what? Just to save a little cash.

I get it. 2-week Quarantine in 2021 was what forced production to implement this in the first place. But get this, those restrictions would eventually fade away. Once they did, that should've been the opportunity for production to go back to 39 days as they knew that fans wanted that format to return ASAP. But they didn't care. They chose convenience and money over high quality. And they keep making excuses to convince people that this is the better way via increased difficulty and what not.

And what about Survivor 50? Going back to 39 days would've been a great way to honor the 50 season milestone. Production and leasers should've at least allowed the fans to vote and decide whether the season should be 39 days or 26 days. The fans should've gotten a say in this, but these folks wouldn't let them. They chose the decision for themselves knowing that it would tick a lot of fans off. "In The Hands Of The Fans" my ass!

I am so sick and tired of how production is stuck in a covid-affected cycle years after the pandemic ended. Don't they know that 39 days provides better quality and a full experience? Shouldn't they realize that no matter how difficult they try to make a 26 day game, that it will never live up to the old format? Clearly their minds have been affected by the pandemic. 26 days will never live up to 39 days and should only be reserved for CELEBRITY SPINOFFS.

I refuse to accept this being the future of the game. It is so wrong and we need to continue fighting to bring the show back to the old normal. Nothing's impossible. I really believe that we can still return to 39 days one day. I will never give up on that. Covid changes should only be temporary, not permanent.
