What is ReadyTools?

We built ReadyTools because we were sick of switching between a dozen different apps just to get work done. One tool for links, another for notes, another for files, another for AI… it adds up fast, both in cost and in mental load.

ReadyTools is our all-in-one platform that brings the main things most people actually use into one place:

• Lara — our AI that works inside your projects and notes instead of living in a separate tab
• Workspace — notes, docs, and projects with real-time collaboration
• Vault — secure encrypted storage that connects directly to everything else
• Linksy — a clean link-in-bio tool with very deep analytics
• Boardly — simple Kanban boards

The whole point is that these tools actually talk to each other. You can pull files from Vault into your Workspace, use Lara with context from your own documents, and move between things without constantly exporting and re-uploading.

We’re not trying to replace every specialized tool out there. We’re trying to replace the everyday stack that most creators, freelancers, and small teams end up paying for separately.
