Working at Taronga Zoo (corporate role)

Has anyone here worked there or know anyone who has/does? It would be great to get feedback on the workplace culture, management style, staff morale etc. Is there any possibility to negotiate salary or bands? It would be approx a 10% pay cut which isn’t small in the current environment
