So hard to find flood-free apartment in Cainta, Rizal

HELP! 😭 I'm so stressed huhuh. I'll move from Cavite to Cainta for my new work. Based sa research ko, flood-prone talaga ang area. Halos lahat ng nakikita kong posting ay bahain ang lugar.

I'm thinking of renting na lang sa Ortigas Center, tas commute na lang to Cainta (work is in STI College). But the price is higher. Idk if it will be worth it. Around 5k-6k lang din budget ko, preferably for solo living.

Anyone near Cainta, what can you advice? Anong barangay kaya yung hindi bahain, tapos hindi super layo from STI?
