Foundry on Macbook Neo

Hi,

I was thinking about buying a Macbook Neo. Would I be able to use foundry on it? Not just as a player (I know that I need firefox etc. for that) but as a host. Right now I am using my pc for it, but I need an alternative when I am not at home.
