Artistic kids I need help, show your skill now

Fathers day is coming soon, so um this time I wanna make him a handmade letter type ig, also added few other stuff on the cart... so anyway the thing is

Im thinking of making a design from canva then printing it on a4 paper make fold it into a envelope type,

Inside that a letter I wanted to tell him, and i dont want it to be a normal paper, maybe like a card typish ig? idk what materials to use, i only have the content of what to write on the letter 😭
