Has Compassion Disappeared From Our Society?
Unfortunately, today I witnessed something that made me feel like compassion is slowly disappearing from our society.
I saw a pregnant woman standing for an hour and a half, yet not a single taxi stopped for her. Everyone had the same excuse “ماشي طريقي”.
When I brought her a chair from the shop I work in I noticed she was crying. Every taxi I tried to stop and explain the situation to simply drove away as if they hadn't heard a word.
And I live in bechar so the heat here is unbearable, and standing in these conditions is difficult even for a healthy person, let alone a pregnant woman.
و الله غير ضرني موقف هذا بزاف.
And before anyone says "just use Yassir," that was the first thing that I did. Unfortunately, there aren't many drivers using it here in Bechar.
