Strength questions for interview possibilities and Behaviour questions examples.

Hi Guys,

From what I understand, these are not something you can prepare for. But are there any tips of guessing what type of strength questions you will be asked about on the interview from the behaviours being assessed?

Making an effective decision

Working at Pace

Working togather.

​

Also, would it be seen as a negative if all three behaviour questions examples are given from the same previous role you did? I think maybe there might be an overlap(in the answers) so trying to see if interviewers would see this as a negative?
