Doppelganger's Mimicry (Shadow Rogue Set Relic) w. PERFECT rolls.

Levelling a Rogue. At L67, I stumble on a Doppelganger's Set in the final part of an Omen chain, in zero corruption Reign of Dragons.

I grab it, and finish the instance, then compare it to the set I am already using... and, well, I have questions.

2 of the 3 set pieces (the Helmet and Body Armor) have normal, seemingly random rolls, within their ranges.

The relic however, has max. roll in every single range, including the implicit. I do some quick napkin math, which says there is a 19 x 11 x 4 x 31 x 15 = 1 in 388740 chance of this happening.

Which makes me question if there is a game mechanic that can force perfect rolls? The only thing that comes remotely close, that I can think of, is the dungeon doors on the way to the Soul Merchant.

Anyway, I'm Circle of Fortune, so yeah.
