Anyone know of open rentals?

Hi! I'm self-employed and having trouble with property management companies and proving my income.

I'm looking for a house, 2-4bedrooms for my boyfriend and I. We both work as Social Media Marketing Managers and make a combined income of 4500-5000 a month, on average. I can prove this with bank statements, and masspay.

We have one cat.

​

Essential: central heat and air, over 850+ square feet, laundry hookups, hardwood bedrooms.

​

Nice to have: a fridge, a garage, good backyard.

​

Okc, midwest city, or del city preferred. Area doesn't matter, we are both from out of state cities, so oklahoma bad areas are nothing to us.

​

No norman, edmond, nichols hills, or downtown. I'm living downtown now and it's not my favorite.

​

We are looking to build some good savings so 1100 a month is the cap for us. Anything cheaper is fine too.

​

We don't mind if the house looks a bit crappy inside, lol. Just want something well insulated and liveable for a few years while we save for a house.
