My 21M boyfriend and I (22f) have a problem

So me (22f) and my boyfriend (21m) have an issue.

In tbe beginning of our relationship a close friend of mine, let's call her Maria, begun hitting on him constantly. I am no longer friends with her and he also isn't. Because of her betrayal I am cautious of every girl he meets. I can't control it at all.

Now to the problem. He goes out with his best friend, let's call him Mark, a lot to his gf's village. At the start I was curious as to why he went with Mark when Mark obviously went there to see his gf. Turns his gf is 17 and he is 22, so when she goes out to see him she brings her friends along who are annoying and yell all the time according to Mark.

I kept telling my bf that I wasn't that comfortable with him going there and I'd rather he didn't go as much. He didn't listen to me. Then the girls begun talking to him, following him on social media and adding him to a gc where there are other boys too aside from girls. I told him that I was uncomfortable with this, again he didn't listen to me and said "They are one of the boys".

We fought. I kept asking why he did all this when i kept saying it made me uncomfortable and he said that I have no reason to feel like that and yell, and that not every girl is like Maria. I explained that it hurt me deeply, what Maria did, and that I cant get over that easy.

So, any advice on the matter? I'd really appreciate it...
