HELOC Dave

I guess Coleman convinced Dave HELOCs are OK... he told a caller yesterday that she should payoff a personal loan by taking out a a HELOC. Baloney tried to steer her away because of the risk of potentially losing her house if she defaults. Let's see if Ask Ramsey gives this advice from now on.
