Withdrawal from tapering?

My doctor lowered my dose from 15mg to 10mg 8 weeks ago because it was too activating for me. I thought I was by passing all the side effects from tapering. But 2 weeks ago I felt like I hit a brick wall with debilatating fatigue, headaches, flu like body aches, vivid dreams, wave ls of adrenaline, brain zaps, and tingling feet. Things have improved but i still get the vivid dreams and waves of adrenaline off and on. Could this be withdrawal symptoms 8 weeks after lowering the dose?
