Global chat wont let me send messages

At first i was able to send messages normally, then out of nowhere when they were 'sending' suddenly they started disappearing.

I haven't said anything inappropriate, i was just saying hi and being happy to be in global, maybe the server overloaded? Did this happened to anyone else too? Or did a troll reported me? I haven't seen any notification or smth saying i did something wrong.
