Confession

Perhaps the least comfortable part of confession with the LoC is telling someone else about the most intimate parts of your life. At the same time, I recognize it as a part of true repentance for some sins. What sins have you confessed that you regretted confessing? What sins have you not confessed that have made you wonder whether you should? Throwaway accounts welcome for this question.
